Suggestion for improvement: I had to pay COD and be at home to receive and sign for the product. I ended up having to pick up one of my orders at the post office because I couldn't be home to sign for it (and prove that I'm over 18). Not very convenient. Smoker's World never did that, but they also took longer to deliver.
