Product Information and Pricing
We carefully review all product information on our website. Occasionally, errors may occur or manufacturers may update specifications we are not yet aware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
In the event that a Smokers World product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Smokers World reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed or the credit card has been charged. If your card has already been charged and the order is canceled, Smokers World will issue a refund for the amount charged.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for items that are damaged, defective, or shipped in error. To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support team at info@smokersworldhw.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns received without prior contact will not be processed.

Return Process
- Email info@smokersworldhw.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request return authorization
- Include a copy of your original receipt and the reason for return
- Once authorized, ship the item back in its original packaging using a secured shipping method
- Refunds or store credit will be issued after inspection of returned items
A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective, non-damaged items returned for refund. No restocking fee applies to exchanges or to items returned because they were damaged, defective, or shipped in error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend shipping returns with tracking — we are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Dispute Resolution

The arbitrator shall apply the substantive laws of the Federal Judicial Circuit in which Smokers World’s principal place of business is located, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, with no rights of appeal except as provided in Section 10 of the Federal Arbitration Act.
The parties agree to arbitrate solely on an individual basis. This agreement does not permit class arbitration or any claims brought as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
If for any reason a dispute proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, both parties waive any right to a jury trial.
Term and Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
