To safeguard your orders from damage, loss, or theft, we encourage you to select our Package Protection option during checkout. By paying a small percentage of your order subtotal, you can ensure that your order is protected from unforeseen circumstances during shipping. However, please note that our Package Protection service does not guarantee specific shipping speeds as all shipping times are estimates.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost, stolen, or damaged upon arrival, we’ve got you covered. You can easily file a claim with us to receive a replacement order or store credit. To file a claim, simply Click Here. We’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days with instructions on how to proceed. If you need to include photos of any damaged items, please attach them to your email.

Please note that if your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we ask that you wait at least three days (but no longer than 15 days) after the delivery confirmation before filing a claim with us. If your package is still missing after 15 days, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
