In the unlikely event that your order is lost, stolen, or damaged upon arrival, we've got you covered. You can easily file a claim with us to receive a replacement order or store credit. If you need to include photos of any damaged items, please attach them to your email.
Please note that if your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, we ask that you wait at least three days (but no longer than 15 days) after the delivery confirmation before filing a claim with us. If your package is still missing after 15 days, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
